At Auri, your satisfaction means everything to us. We take immense pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our copper bottles, designed for safe, lifelong use without copper intoxication. However, we understand that issues can sometimes occur, and we’re here to help.

For Copper Bottles:

✅ Full Refund for Defective Items
If you receive a defective Auri Copper Bottle, you are eligible for a 100% refund.
Simply return the product to us, and once we inspect and confirm the issue, your full refund will be processed.

📦 Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost. The bottle must be unused and in its original packaging.

🕐 Contact Window
You must contact us within 2 days of receiving your order to request a refund.
